[Simple solution solution for Steam users]
Hello
have you wait for steam to update. Gets to 24%, then starts over, and over, and then gives up. Steam is Unavailable, try again later. or first time install steam then it *HANG* with 0% update and Steam is Unavailable, try again later? well Ive seen so many people having problems with steam so tell you a few things which normaly work for me.
Delete ClientRegistry.blob located in C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam

it just doesnt work, have tried everything, disabling firewalls, antivirus, running in safe mode and deleteing the file. everything doesnt work omg help!
seems you have to try many times. happen to me afew times. 30-40 try then it work sighs
